2-Part Course to Complete HeartSaver Total CPR/AED/First Aid Training
Service Description
This is the HeartSaver Total Course, which includes CPR, AED, and First Aid administration for adults, children, and infants. This course *should satisfy OSHA and USCG requirments. Part 1 of this course is the online eLearning modules. Shortly after completion of booking, you will receive access to the online modules through the American Heart Association. This portion is self-paced and can be completed on your own time. You can expect to complete the eLearning modules in approximately 2-3 hours. Part 2 of this course is the instructor-led skills assessment. You will schedule your skills assessment as part of this booking process. While your eLearning modules may completed at your pace and leisure, they must be fully completed and your completion certificate issued before you can partake in the skills assessment. This assessment should take between 2.5-3 hours to complete and can be held at your location or at a location to be agreed upon at a later time. *Check with any agencies that you answer to about course requirements.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, at least 3 days notice is required. While we will always do our very best to work with you on scheduling, requests due to cancellations or reschedules within the required 72 hour window are solely at our discretion. No-shows will not receive a refund. Additionally, if a student fails to successfully complete required eLearning modules before the commencement of a skills assessment, the student will be asked to reschedule the skills assessment for a later time and will be given a 50% credit toward the new class session; however, no refund will be given for the forfeited class session.
